Deacidification of palm oil refining machine :This part adopt alkali refining method, that is use alkalis lLD (NaOH) to neutral the free fatty acid in oil, during this process it will produce soapstock , then separated from the oil by setting several hours. NAOH solution, not only neutral free fatty acid, also can act with other matters lLD protein, mucus, phospholipid, pigment. After settling, release the soapstock from the tank bottom. Adding hot water to rinse, remove off the leftover lye , soap and some unhydrated phospholipid in the oil. Finally pumping out soapstock from the tank bottom.
Deodorization and Dehydration of palm oil refining machine :Usually ,there are some odors in the crude oil , it affects the quality of the edible oil . About our refining process , we usually use the direct steam to take odors away in the vacuum condition . General speaking there is about 0.5% water in the alkali refined oil, in the deodorization pot, thetemperature is very high , it also can finish the dehydration section.

Factors should be considered to raise the oil extraction rate of automatic oil press machine
The technical and economical indexes such as oil extraction rate and production capacity, is the first concern of customer to value a product. Only if it can be qualified in the pressing technoloLD, and can work 24 hours continuously (at least one shift), can it get good economic benefit. Indexes of extraction rate and production capacity mean the average value of continuous work. So, no good economic benefit can be made if it works off and on, or only press tens of or hundreds of oil plant, either can it be the evidence of valuing the machine.
It should be pointed out that, some customers use the conception of extraction rate(the quantity of oil can be made from per hundred oil plants), which is not scientific. The quantity of oil made relates to such factors without any doubt, as the content of oil in raw material, the technoloLD used, and the operating way. The finalizing spiral oil press machine is mainly to ensure high extraction rate and low resid rate in dry cake.

Though the new machine was inspected to be qualified when leaving the factory, it may be damaged through store, load and discharge, and transport. Especially the unappropriate installation and adjustment, the low assembly quality, the wrong using and maintaining not in accordance with the safe operation rules.The frequent man-made debugging, repairing, directly influent the oil quality and production capacity. Once start a new machine, we must de-rust the pressing chamber, do the running-in, and try to press, try to raise the temperature of pressing chamber, to keep the inlet and exit way clear, before the formal pressing.

It can influent the extraction rate and production capacity directly, if the material contains too much impurities, or the quality of it is low. The impurities(organic impurities such as stem and leaf of plants, the hard outer shell, wormwood, hemp rope, pieces of cloth, scraps of paper and all kinds of grain. Inorganic impurities such as dust, clay, dinas, and broken tiles) caused during harvest, basking. Transport and store, and the oiliness impurities(sick grain damaged by insects, not full grain and foreign oil seed), metallic impurities(nails, bolts), should be cleaned and screened by machine equipments, and be preprocessed according to the requirement.
Technological requirements
l. It is proved that though the machine is operated and controlled well, the bad control or instability of both water being pressed and temperature, can not make good effects. The water being pressed and temperature can affect the physical properties and the chemical process of material embryos directly.
The investigation suggests that, the material embryo should have appropriate moisture and temperature, that is to say the liquidity of material embryo should be good, the viscosity of oil and the tension of the surface should as low as possible, to make sure the material embryos have the appropriate plasticity and flexibility, then the normal pressure of pressing chamber can be kept. The actual experiment suggests that, the moisture of material embryos being pressed canâÂÂt be lower than the limit of cake made, at the same time, the appropriate temperature of being pressed is 110~130âÂÂ. the material embryos will grouped into blocks and have an effect on the oil extraction, if the moisture is high. On the other hand, the material embryos will be pressed into powder, and easy to coke, and then block the chamber, if the moisture is low. Also, if the temperature is too high, the carbohydrates in the material embryos will coke, and the protein will be damaged, the color will get darker; the quality of oil will be influenced deeply. On the other hand, if the temperature is too low, the condition will not meet the demands of normal physical change and biochemistry. The moisture and temperature of oil material being pressed, usually be decided by the preprocess. It is proved by action, that in general, the hot pressing has more advantages over the cold pressing in the respect of extraction rate and the economic benefits. As to the cold pressing, it needs to be pressed more times, and the quantities processed per day will reduce greatly, the resid in the dry cake will raise, the electricity enerLD consumed will raise apparently, the economic benefits will reduce. otherwise, when use the cold pressing, the cake made in the first pressing, canâÂÂt be mashed easily because of the high rate of oil extraction. During the second pressing, the hopper can easily be empty, and the feeding is influence, and it needs continuously stirring, so the operation is troublesome and with bad effect. So, the hot pressing can be used as much as possible.
2. The pressure of pressing chamber
The essence of extracting oil by pressing is to get the oil fatty from the material embryos by pressure. The main factors that affect the pressing chamber pressure is the thick of cake made, the quantity of feeder in and the quality of preprocess(the moisture and temperature of the material pressed) The thick of cake made is closely related to the extraction oil rate. the thicker of the cake, the lower of the chamber pressure, so is the extraction oil rate. On the other hand, the thinner of the cake, the higher extraction oil rate.But the over thin cake can make the machine load more, and cause accidents. The feeder in should be controlled appropriately, in case of being crosslinked, to keep the stable pressure of chamber.
3. Pressing time
Time taken in pressing relates to the oil extraction rate somehow. Generally supposed, the longer it is pressed, the slower the oil flows out, but the pressing time canâÂÂt be over long, or the heat can be consumed too much, and then influence the oil extraction rate and production capacity. So, try to shorten the pressing time on the basis of satisfying the needs of oil extraction rate. It depends on the roll speed of squeezer shaft mainly how long will the material embryo stay in the chamber. For some high oil material, the pressing time can be extended appropriately, the roll speed should be chosen appropriately.
6LD series spiral press machine belongs to the high speed and thin cake machine, high speed means the high speed rolling of the main shaft, the material embryos stays short in the chamber(general tens of seconds), The thin cake means the thick of cake is 1.5-3.0mm, so, the worm and worm ring can be abraded fastly. According to the experiment, the machine should be checked after every 40-50 tons of oil material is pressed, and the vulnerable parts should be changed(especially for worm 3-4 and the adjusting cake device.)Because the 6LD series spiral pressing oil machine can finish the pressing in a short time, it is good for some oil materials(such as cold pressing soybean, and the protein protected), but the other materials will be redistricted to reduce the resid in the dry cake, different oil material should have different roll speed of main shaft.
4. The temperature of chamber
During the pressing, the temperature can influence the extraction oil rate directly. The temperature of chamber is the appropriate temperature needed in pressing, it comes from the cooked embryos heated by the mound, the heat produced by the abrasion between the squeezer ring and the spiral shaft, and the heat produced by the inner abrasion of the material embryo being stirred, after making up for the lost heat of the metal body. But the too high temperature of chamber can lead to the oil fatty and cake being darker, even coking, and the loss of total oil quantity will increase. So, the normal balance of chamber heat should be founded.
The processing environment should meet the needs of the extraction oil technoloLD. Prepare the essential tools and auxiliary equipments(such as the preprocessing and reprocessing).
