BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF OILSEEDS Screw press machine:

Small oil press means small capacity oil expelling machine that is able to process less than 15 tons per day and is mainly used in the small scale oil pressing unit.The small oil press expellers LD fabricated can be used for various vegetable plant such as jatropha seeds, canola seeds, peanuts, rapeseeds and cotton seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, grass seeds etc.

1. It is composed by automatic control part, heating pressing part, adjustment part, transmission part and vacuum oil filter;

2. The automatic control system is composed by air-break switch, alternating current contactor, temperature control meter, circuit automatic protection device etc.

3. The heating and pressing part is composed by the heater, cage bar, body assembly etc.

4. The transmission part is composed by of the spindle and reducer casting, belt pulley and motor wheel etc.

5. Adjustment part is composed by of the adjusting bolt, adjusting nut and locking nut etc.

6. Vacuum oil filter is composed by vacuum pump, oil filter can and some other assemblies.

WAY TO OPERATE OIL EXPELLER:

1. Prepare the seeds;

2. Adjust the machine, such as electricity, heating (optional);

3. Start the machine, putting seeds into the feeder;

4. Seed into the screw bolt , begin to press

5. The crude oil comes out of the squeezing bolt, then flow into the board ,

6. Go into the vacuum filter, using it for filtration

7. After filtration, the oil comes out from the bottom of pipe
