1.Cleaning, In order to obtain high effective cleaning, ensure good work condition and production stability, high efficient vibration screen was used in the process to separate big and small impurity.

2.Husker, remove the shell of the seeds, which can abrade the machine, and reduce the oil percentage.

3.Crusher, the crushing is to ensure the high oil extraction rate.

4.Flacking, flake the seeds pieces into equal sizes and thickness, which can make it much easier to let the oil come out.

5.Cooking, cooking pot can fry the flaks into good condition.

6.Prepressing, before being solvent extracted, it should be prepressed, to get some crude oil first, then solvent extract the cake.

7.Press, after press you can get the sunflower oil cake, the crush cake, and put the cake into press machine. You can get more oil from it, and the residual in oil is about 4-5%.

8.Refinery, the crude oil from prepressing and solvent extract plant can not be eaten directly, there some gum, fatty acid, odor, bad color, and wax in the oil, the crude oil also can eat.but by using refining machine to get high quality oil, then you can sell it on high price.

9.Filling, you can fill the oil into different bottles by filling machine, then sell it on the supermarket.

Cleaning machine

The sieve machine was applied to remove the shoulder stone and earth, and magnetic separation equipment without power and exhaust system were used to remove iron.

Husker

Sunflower seeds should be better removed the husk,which may influence the oil extraction rate.

Crusher

By using the crusher, the soybean can be breaken into tiny pieces.

Flaking

By using a flaker to make the bean pieces into suitable fakes

Cooking machine

After being cooked, the oil can come out easier and much more oil will come out from seeds.

Prepress machine

The sunflower seed is with high oil yield, before being solvent extracted, it should be prepressed, to get some crude oil first, then solvent extract the cake.

Solvent extraction

After press the sunflower cake which has an oil yield of 20% around. In order to get more oil from it, you can use screw oil press machine get more oil from it.

Oil refining machine

it is better to remove the gum, fatty acid, odor, bad color, and wax out from the crude oil. You can get high quality oil, then sell it on high price
