1. Cleaning

The de-ironing sunflower seed feed into single-deck screen clean sift for cleaning, large material expelled from discharge hole, and the bigger ones enter into grinder for smashing.

2. Cracking and flaking

Cleaned sunflower seeds enter into flaket from crusher which has two teeth roller with different speed .Then rolled into embryo under roller.

3. Cooking steaming

Under cooking process, flakes come up complicated physical chemistry change, and the moisture and temperature of the materials can reach press term.

4. Pressing

After reaching press term, The embryo enter into oil press for prepress. The dreg inclusion crude oil is pressed into settle oil tank through oil scraper blade.
